My car has been at the dealer since last Saturday. They started looking at it on Monday afternoon...and haven't been able to figure out what the problem is.
Must be serious...the service adviser even mentioned that they called in the "Audi Service Hotline" to help troubleshoot. =)

Audi North Scottsdale? Not too surprising. It took three or four visits to get them to even acknowledge I had an A/C issue, and several weeks to fix it. Because all parts apparently have to ship from Germany via Dharma Island.

Not really. I solved it by getting a new Passat. :) They so thoroughly pissed me off during the whole A/C thing I decided to get a different brand.
oh well...we'll see how long it takes them to figure it out. =(
One more vehicle make to avoid "Audi". :) At least now I know I won't get an Audi for my next vehicle.
